Virtual Receptionist for Accountants: Focus on the work, not the phone.
Accountants, bookkeepers and tax agents: Call Sure is a virtual receptionist for your practice line. It takes clear messages with the client's name and what it's about, and only puts calls through when you can take them.
The problem
Every interruption costs you billable time.
Focused work, constant calls
A reconciliation or a return takes concentration, and every call breaks it.
Calls pile up at tax time
The weeks you have least time to answer are the weeks the phone rings most.
Messages without the detail
Who called, which business, what it's about and when to call back. Voicemail rarely gets all four.
An example call
What a call sounds like.
Here's how a typical call to your AI receptionist might go. It uses your business name, your greeting and what you've told it about your work.
Clarke & Co Accounting
Example call
-
Assistant: Thanks for calling Clarke and Co Accounting, this is Grace. This call may be recorded. How can I help?
-
Caller: Hi, it's Mark from Ellis Joinery. I've got a question about our BAS.
-
Assistant: Thanks Mark. Would you like me to see if someone can talk to you now, or would you like to leave a message?
-
Caller: A message is fine, I know it's busy.
-
Assistant: No problem. What's the best number to call you back on?
-
Caller: Oh four double oh, triple oh, one one eight.
-
Assistant: That's 0400 000 118. What would you like me to pass on?
-
Caller: Just that I need to check the GST on a big invoice from last quarter.
-
Assistant: Got it. I'll pass that on and someone will call you back. Thanks Mark.

What matters to you
The features you'll use most.
Name and reason, first
Before anyone is put through, it finds out who is calling and what it is about. So nobody on your team gets put through cold.
Messages, summaries and transcripts
Every call lands in your dashboard with a short summary, the full transcript, the message and a one-tap button to call them back.
Call alerts by email
A summary of each call is emailed to you, and anyone on your team you choose, as soon as the call is wrapped up.
Business hours, day by day
Set different hours for each day. Inside them, calls can be put through. Outside them, nobody is rung and messages are taken.
Your team and departments
Add people with their role: office, accounts, the boss. Callers reach the right one by name or by what they need.
Warm transfers you can say no to
Your phone rings once. You hear privately who is calling and why, then take the call or let your assistant take a message.
Call records stored in Australia
Your call records and recordings are stored in Australia, and your callers' data is never used to train AI.
Two-step sign-in
Two-step sign-in for every client account: an authenticator app code, not just a password.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Still wondering? Ring 07 3608 1800 and ask our receptionist, or email [email protected].
Will it give tax or financial advice?
No. It takes messages and puts calls through. You can brief it on what it can say, such as your office hours or what to bring to an appointment, and anything else goes to your team.
Who can see what our clients say on the phone?
Only the people with a login to your firm's account, plus a small number of our own staff when they need to support you or run the service.
Where is my data kept?
Call records, transcripts and recordings are stored in Australia, and your callers' data is never used to train AI models. Caller details, messages and transcripts are removed after 12 months by default. Live speech, call logs and alert emails are handled by our providers, some overseas, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Will callers know it is AI?
That is up to you. New accounts start with "tell callers up front" on, so it introduces itself as your virtual receptionist, and you can switch that off. Either way, if a caller asks, it says it is a virtual receptionist and never pretends to be a person.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. Cancel from your account any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Upgrade straight away, or move to a smaller plan at your next renewal.
Your next call could be your next client.
