Call Sure

Virtual Receptionist for Law Firms: Every enquiry answered. Every message clear.

Law firms and conveyancers: Call Sure is a virtual receptionist that answers your line, finds out who is calling and what it's about, and puts calls through to the right person or takes a careful message.

The problem

People with a new matter don't leave voicemails.

In court, in meetings, on calls

The people who can help a caller are rarely free the moment the phone rings.

New clients ring around

Someone with a new matter may call several firms and go with whoever answers.

Settlement days are busy

Agents, lenders and clients all calling about the same file, all needing the right person.

An example call

What a call sounds like.

Here's how a typical call to your AI receptionist might go. It uses your business name, your greeting and what you've told it about your work.

Harper Conveyancing

Example call

  1. Assistant: Thanks for calling Harper Conveyancing, this is Olivia. This call may be recorded. How can I help?

  2. Caller: Hi, I've just signed a contract on a house and I need a conveyancer.

  3. Assistant: Congratulations. Can I take your first name?

  4. Caller: It's Sarah.

  5. Assistant: Thanks Sarah. Would you like me to see if someone can talk to you now?

  6. Caller: Yes, if they're free.

  7. Assistant: One moment while I see who is available.

What happens next. A conveyancer hears that Sarah is calling about a new purchase and takes the call. If they're with a client, they say no and Olivia takes Sarah's details for a call back.

What matters to you

The features you'll use most.

Name and reason, first

Before anyone is put through, it finds out who is calling and what it is about. So nobody on your team gets put through cold.

Warm transfers you can say no to

Your phone rings once. You hear privately who is calling and why, then take the call or let your assistant take a message.

Declined or missed? Back to your assistant

Say no, miss it or be busy, and the caller goes back to your assistant, which picks up where it left off and takes a message.

Your team and departments

Add people with their role: office, accounts, the boss. Callers reach the right one by name or by what they need.

Messages, summaries and transcripts

Every call lands in your dashboard with a short summary, the full transcript, the message and a one-tap button to call them back.

Optional call recording

Off unless you turn it on. Callers are told first, and recordings are deleted after 90 days.

Your choice on disclosure

Have it introduce itself as your virtual receptionist up front. Either way, it never pretends to be a person when asked.

Two-step sign-in

Two-step sign-in for every client account: an authenticator app code, not just a password.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still wondering? Ring 07 3608 1800 and ask our receptionist, or email [email protected].

All questions

Will it give legal advice?

No. It finds out who is calling and why, then puts the call through or takes a message. Brief it on the kinds of matters you handle, and it can tell callers that and pass the rest to your team.

Do we have to record calls?

No. Recording is off unless you switch it on. Every call still has a written summary and the transcript of the conversation with the assistant, so you know what was said.

Will callers know it is AI?

That is up to you. New accounts start with "tell callers up front" on, so it introduces itself as your virtual receptionist, and you can switch that off. Either way, if a caller asks, it says it is a virtual receptionist and never pretends to be a person.

Who can see my calls?

Only the people with a login to your business's account. Each business can only ever see its own calls. A small number of our own staff can access calls when they need to, to support you, fix a problem or run the service.

What if I can't take the call?

Say no, press 2, or just don't answer. The caller goes back to your assistant, which picks up where it left off and takes a message. The same happens if your line is busy.

Your next call could be your next client.
