Get paid monthly
You earn your share of every plan invoice your clients pay for their first 12 months of payments. When you have commission due, we send you a statement early each month and, once you're owed at least $50, pay you by bank transfer within 14 days.
Your split
30% of every plan, split your way.
For each client you refer, 30% of their plan price (before GST) is set aside for a year from their first payment. You decide how much comes off their bill. The rest is yours.

Monthly prices before GST. Yearly plans earn the same share of the yearly price (for a client who switches part way, only for the months left of their 12).

A client on Business normally pays $299 + GST a month. With your code at 10% off, they pay $269.10 + GST for 12 months, and you earn $59.80 a month: $717.60 over the year.

The deal
The terms, in plain words.
- Up to 30% of each referred client's plan price before GST, for their first 12 months of payments. You choose their discount: 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%. You keep the rest.
- You earn only on invoices the client has paid. Extra minutes, GST and one-off charges don't count.
- Your code counts when a business enters it at sign-up or checkout. Your link counts for 90 days, unless they enter someone else's code at sign-up. If you chose no discount for your clients, your code works only in the sign-up form; at checkout, share your link instead.
- Paid monthly by bank transfer once you're owed $50 or more; smaller amounts carry over and never expire.
- Refunds within 12 months come off your next statement in proportion. A chargeback decided against us takes back all the commission on that payment.
- Always say you're paid for referrals. No spam, no ads on our name, no promises we don't make.

How do my clients use my code?
They enter it in the "Referral code" field when they sign up, or at checkout when they choose a plan. If they followed your link instead, we remember it for 90 days on their device. Once they're your client, your discount is applied for them automatically at checkout. A code entered at sign-up counts even if they first came through someone else's link. Chose no discount? Your code only works on the sign-up form, so share your link too.
When do I get paid?
Commission is earned when your client's invoice is paid. On the 1st of each month we add up the month before and pay you by bank transfer within 14 days, once you're owed at least $50. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month; they never expire.
What if a client gets a refund?
If we refund a client within 12 months, the commission on that payment comes off your next statement in proportion to the part of the plan price refunded. A refund of only extra minutes doesn't change it. If their bank reverses a payment and the chargeback is decided against us, we take back all the commission on that payment.
Do I need an ABN? What about GST?
Yes, you need an ABN to join. If you're registered for GST we pay your commission plus GST: you invoice us, or, if we both agree, we issue the invoice for you each month. If you're not registered, we pay the commission with no GST.
Do I have to tell people I'm paid?
Yes. Australian consumer law expects it, and so do we: say clearly that you earn a commission whenever you recommend us, for example "I'm a Call Sure partner and earn a commission if you sign up."
Can I change my split?
Yes, ask us any time. The new split applies to clients you refer after the change; clients you already referred keep the split they signed up with.
Which plans count?
Every plan, monthly or yearly. The 30% is worked out on the plan price before GST. Extra minutes, GST and any one-off charges don't count. If a client switches to a yearly plan with less than a year of their 12 months left, they pay the full yearly price and you earn commission for the months left.
